China produced 11,691 million tons of finished sugar in 2011

China produced 11.691 million tons of finished sugar from January to December 2011, up 6.6 percent of finished sugar from the same period last year, according to the latest data from the National Bureau of Statistics.

    According to Yunnan sugar network news on February 9, the National Bureau of Statistics released the 2011 January to December domestic major industrial products output and growth rate data, among which the sugar industry, food manufacturing industry and beverage manufacturing industry data are as follows, this statistical caliber is the annual main business income of more than 5 million yuan of industrial enterprises.

    Finished sugar: In December 2011, the domestic output of finished sugar was 2.501 million tons, an increase of 8.3% over the same period of last year. From January to December 2011, the cumulative production of finished sugar was 11.691 million tons, an increase of 6.6% over the same period of last year.

    Food manufacturing industry: China's food manufacturing industry (excluding tobacco products) in December 2011 increased by 17.3% from December last year, with a cumulative growth rate of 17.1% from January to December this year.

    Beverage manufacturing industry: China's beverage manufacturing industry in December 2011 increased by 19.5% compared with the same period last year, and has increased by 18.9% from January to December this year.

    Among them, soft drinks produced 9.208 million tons in December, and accumulated 117.622 million tons from January to December, up 22% from January to December last year.

    According to the national standard of soft beverage classification includes: carbonated beverage (product) (soda) category, fruit juice (pulp) and fruit juice beverage (product) category, vegetable juice and vegetable juice beverage (product) category and so on categories.
